How to Prepare for Visa Assistance?

To ensure a smooth visa application process, it’s essential to apply as early as possible, as the Indian Embassy may require time to complete formalities and issue the visa. Please email or message me a clear picture of both your passport and the attendant’s passport, specifically the page containing the passport number and your details. We will assist you in arranging the visa and obtaining a visa invitation letter for the recommended hospital. A medical visa is issued for the patient, and a maximum of two family members or close associates can accompany them as medical attendants. Each attendant must apply separately for a ‘Medical Attendant Visa.’

Can we make a payment to the hospital?

Yes, payments can be made directly to the hospital. You have several options: you can pay by credit card, cash upon arrival, or through a wire transfer. If you prefer, you can also transfer money to the hospital in advance. Additionally, we can assist you with money transfers during your stay in India using channels like Western Union and others via our Indian Office.

Could you assist us with arranging accommodation?

We can help you find accommodation near the hospital based on your preferences and budget. Decent options start at INR 2000-2500 per room per night and can comfortably accommodate two people. Before your arrival, we’ll provide links and photos of the guest houses for you to choose from. Most guest houses allow you to use their kitchen if you prefer to cook. Additionally, our representative can assist with grocery shopping and other daily needs.
